• All orders ship directly from our fulfillment center in Auckland. Orders placed before 2pm should typically arrive within 3-5 working days.
• All orders ship via DHL which takes 2-5 workings days.
• Orders placed during sale periods or holidays will incur an additional 1-2 business days to be handled. 
• Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation tracking number within 1 business day. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Customers are responsible for all import/customs duties for international shipments.
• Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for international shipments to be handled.
• International orders ship DHL. 
• All prices shown are in AU dollars. If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union then you will be responsible for VAT.
